Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Port Huron

The cottage is such a happy & comfortable place. The bright decor and natural light make it very cheerful. Everything was spotlessly clean. Parking was convenient, the keypad was easy to use and the cottage was minutes to the beach. I got in touch with Ann during our stay & she replied quickly.

The place was nice and as described. The views were amazing, the house had much more water frontage than we expected which was great. Would definitely come back. Host was responsive, though we had little need to contact them.

Cozy place for a holiday getaway. Close drive to restaurants and town of Lexington. The lake was beautiful and stars at night were very visible, a huge plus for us during the evenings to use the telescope we brought along for the trip.

Beautiful place for any season. This was one of our favorite airbnb stays. Helena is an excellent host. The space is clean and thoughtfully decorated. Many books, a fireplace, extensive views of Lake Huron from most windows: we enjoyed every minute here. We especially liked the amazing stove, the sunrises, boat and bird watching, the lower stair deck, and kayaking. We explored the shoreline in both directions. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay on the St Clair River. Beautiful views night and day. The inside of the house is like new and tastefully decorated. Can't go wrong staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit on the upper floor has a wonderful view of the St. Clair River. The unit was very clean and well kept. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Michael’s place is such a hidden gem! Everything matched the descriptions and photos, the lake view was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. I could truly go on and on about how nice our weekend here was. We definitely plan on coming back!

My hubby and I wanted to get away for a couple nights because it was our anniversary and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet, clean, close to a couple towns for shopping, close restaurants that were excellent service and delicious food as well as a river that was <5 minute walk that you could watch the sunset at. We would definitely go again. Hosts were great and very easy to contact.

This was such a nice, quaint town to spend a relaxing weekend, and Patricia's apartment was a perfect place right in the middle of it. It was so nice to always be just a few minutes away from anywhere in town. The apartment itself was pristine and had an amazing second-floor view of the main strip. My only reservation that you could hear people in the outside hallway moderately clearly, which make you think how much they can here you. With that said, I had no issues whatsoever and had a great time! I'd recommend Lola's Diner for having one of the kindest waitresses I've ever met, Jocelyn. I'd stay way from Actor's Casual Dining for the exact opposite reason. They were rude and tried to write in their own large tip.

This was a great place to stay. Zoey's place had everything we needed and it was nice and tidy. I didn't really communicate much with Zoey as I used to live in the area so I knew where everything was. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Elainea's condo was a nice size with full kitchen and our stay was peaceful and quiet. Elainea was very responsive to any questions, and I would stay again if in the area!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!
