Scarrabine farmhouse annex is in a beautiful, quiet coastal location. Easy free parking unlike Port Isaac! Amazing sea views and sunsets from the bedroom. Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

There are plenty of walks on the doorstep, both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne beach are within a 5 minute walk. This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
