Monthly Rentals in Portage Bay

Beautiful views of Portage Bay through big windows in the main room. Very comfortable sofa and bed. The kitchenette is well supplied and there is a toaster oven, microwave and outdoor grill to support cooking, as there is no stove or oven. You can hear noise from the owners above but the apartment feels private and the neighborhood is peaceful and calming. Great location, easy to get around all parts of Seattle and there is parking available in the driveway. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying here! The location was convenient to the places we wanted to go. Space was very clean. And the amenities were a nice touch. We would definitely come back again. Thanks Manasa and family :)

Charlie’s place is small but comfortable, and had all the basics I needed. I most appreciated the off street parking, skylight, and Charlie’s responsiveness on the app. Close to downtown, neighborhoods in north Seattle, and the major freeways so it was relatively easy to get around. Plus, she has a beautiful garden :)

Comfy bed, nice couch, great water pressure… what more can you ask for?! Stayed at Casey’s place during a roadtrip through the Pacific Northwest, and it did not disappoint. Casey was great at giving recs for local food spots. 10/10 would stay again…. Did I mention great water pressure!?
