Close to the beaches of La Franqui, Leucate, walks on the pond of Peyriac-de-Mer. 15 min from the Grands Buffets de Narbonne.

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)
