Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Honeybee is a cosy one bedroom cottage close to Padstow harbour. The well laid out ground floor of the cottage is open plan with a modern gloss white kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a dining table for two, a retro leather sofa and a spotty Laura Ashley armchair to relax in and enjoy the Samsung smart LED television. The double bedroom has a beautiful feature freestanding bath plus another smart telly! Grohe shower, toilet and basin in a contemporary shower room. Outdoor dining table.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

Ruan Barn is a truly special place that will sleep 4 people (there is a sofa bed in the living area which may be used by one or two extra guest by prior arrangement) . Situated in the tranquil hamlet of Treburgett and surrounded by farmland and countryside yet 15 minutes from the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, with the famous beauty spots of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock, Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all within easy reach as is Bodmin Moor with superb walks on offer.
