Apartment holiday rentals in Portisco

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Azuro. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war super. Esse alles da, um unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Urlaub werden zu lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return in future! Thankyou! 🩵

Résidence calme de 2 étages seulement, en retrait de la rue. Parking privatif sécurisé. Logement bien aménagé et dont la déco a été pensée pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Équipement fonctionnel : Clim et wifi de très bonne qualité. Petit balcon mais bien apprécié. Bonne situation géographique : Olbia à seulement 15 min et les plages toutes proches. Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento vicino a porto cervo. Il comprensorio di cala del faro è completo di tutti i comfort, ci sono 2 spiagge private e un area giochi sicura per i bambini vicino alla spiaggia. Il patio offre una vista spettacolare ideale per pranzare all’ aperto Parcheggio privato comodo e check-in rapidissimo Host disponibili e pronti a qualunque necessità Torneremo sicuramente

Die Kommunikation lief super und der Check-In war flexibel durchzuführen genauso wie der check out. Die Aussicht ist super schön und vor Ort waren alle sehr nett. Ein Auto würde ich empfehlen, da man zu Fuß außen herum in die Stadt hereinlaufen muss. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen genau der Wohnung.

bellissima vista a pochi minuti a piedi da Portisco dove ci sono vari ristoranti negozi spiagge ... la casa è accogliente, arredata un po' all antica ma cmq funzionale e con tutto quello che serve. materasso molto comodo e tutto molto pulito. lo spazio fuori permette di fare pasti con vista mozzafiato. comunicazione dell host ottima! torneremo

Le logement correspond à l’annonce, très propre et fonctionnel. C’est situé dans un quartier calme, à distance raisonnable des attractions en voiture. L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite (bruit des voisins au-dessus). Le séjour était agréable et l’hôte est charmant. Merci beaucoup!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Très bel appartement ! La grande terrasse est magnifique, le seul point négatif étant l’emplacement (car loin de la ville d’Olbia), il est, selon moi, nécessaire d’avoir une voiture.

Ci siamo sentiti come fossimo a casa nostra...credo sia la cosa migliore in un soggiorno vacanze.

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super sauber. Toller Garten den man mitbenützen kann. Alles perfekt. Den jacuzzi konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es ewig gedauert hat bis er warm wird.

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

Our stay in Portisco was even better with the help and effort of Francesca. Whenever we had concerns or requests, she immediately texted back or came to the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidied up, beautiful view of the ocean.
