Family-friendly holiday rentals in Portisco

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

The house is in the middle of a forest, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The view is amazing, the house is comfortable and has everything you need, even a washing machine. Michele was friendly and helpful, 100% recommended

Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft auf Sardinien. Ruhig und Privat. Wer sportlich aktiv ist, kann früh Brötchen usw. in den umliegenden Orten besorgen - auch noch im Oktober/November. Den Pool haben die Kinder gut nutzen können. Für Frostbeulen empfehle ich Neoprenanzüge. Einzig der Rauch von den Herbstlichen Verbrennungsaktionen (grosse Feuer in der Nähe zum Beseitigen von Grünschnitt) hat genervt und uns an zwei Tagen die Terasse aufgrund des starken Geruches sowie Qualmes meiden lassen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, für Leute die Ruhe suchen, und trotz hoher Preislage über das ein oder andere Detail hinwegsehen können. Wir als 6er Familie fanden es toll. Wir durften sogar unseren wohlerzogenen Familienhund mitbringen. Vielen Dank dafür!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Federica. L'accueil de Marco, en tant que voisin, était très chaleureux, et flexible. Il s'est montré très réactif en cas de besoin. La maison est isolée, située en haut d'une colline dans la campagne, à un peu plus de 20 min de la mer. Pour ce temps de trajet, vous bénéficiez d'un calme absolu, d'une vue dominante très dégagée, d'un immense terrain et d'un ensoleillement maximal. il est tout à fait possible de rester la journée dans la maison sans avoir à sortir et sans se marcher sur les pieds. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec gout, dans un style qui nous a beaucoup plu! Elle dispose d'une cheminée fonctionnelle, d'une balançoire, d'un hamac et même d'une cabane de jardin. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Un vrai sans faute, une des meilleure maison que nous ayons eue via Airbnb.

Great place, the place was very cozy, nice neighbourhood and the was wonderful.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa Falco, es war einfach nur perfekt. Die Aussicht von der wunderschönen Terrasse ist gigantisch, das Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt, wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank Ian und auf bald!

Unfassbar schön eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Felsen, friedliche Atmosphäre. Haben es sehr genossen. Die Mama nimmt einen in Empfang und ist superlieb! Wifi eher schwach, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Extrem sauber! Das war alles in allem die schönste und sauberste Unterkunft auf Sardinien.

Gorgeous Villa Mica! We didn’t want to leave. It is the most charming seaside villa - complete with your own little private beach.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz zum Essen und Entspannen, toller Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Elisabetta hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Beautiful enclave “suburb” of Santa Teresa Gallura. Well located to port excursions and Nuraghi archeological site. Don’t miss the site! Michelin rated restaurants. Killer sunsets. Don’t miss the leeward sandy beach at Capo Testa isthmus. Well done, complete renovation and tastefully furnished unit. Washer, no oven. Maria Lucia was very attentive with advance texts on things to visit; she truly loves Sardinia and you will too! She will help you in anyway possible. Just ask! In return, she only asks to do the recycling and water her thriving plants. Thank you for all your kindnesses.

We had a fantastic experience. The place was impeccably clean, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made the visit worth every penny. While the cocktails were on the pricey side, they were exceptionally well-crafted and delicious. Overall, a great spot for a special outing!

Wow vilken semester vi fick. Allt var över förväntan och vår värd var oerhört lyhörd och hjälpsam. Huset var väldigt fint och i ordning. Hit vill vi komma tillbaka!

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.
