This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.
