We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.

We enjoyed a wonderful time in this beautiful guest cottage. Everything is made with lots of love and special quality details – it already starts at the automatic gate of the huge and delightfully tended property. We loved the stone sinks, the beautiful tiles, the wooden blinds, the cozy beds, the overall feeling that this house and its garden vibrates. The bed linen scented as aromatic as the blossoming flowers all over the garden. The outside area is very spacious, beautifully cultivated and a little piece of heaven on earth. Having a yummy and relaxed BBQ on the terrace was just as much fun as jumping in the sweet, neat and bright pool. A special thank you to Jimena for being so kind and helpful. Allowing us having a late check-out added an extra day to our vacation which still is so much appreciated. Our son loves the presents he received from your family's toy treasure and will keep it as a beautiful Sardinia memory. Thank you very much dear Jimena & Maurizio 💞

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Is it set in beautiful nature without surrounding houses. Dario is a great host and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you, we will be back!

The house is perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. Everything is there, right up to the washing machine. We were four adults and it was just right with the two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a couch on which two people could possibly sleep. The pool is a saltwater pool that we were really excited about. The pool / terrace has a great location, always sunny, and you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from here. There are plenty of loungers and seating available. I would like to express a very special thanks to the hosts Carlo and his wife Anna for the very nice contact and the welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful place. Look no more for another place as it ticks all the boxes. Excellent location, beautiful house, splendid garden. It’s close to all the beautiful beaches of Sardinia and Ana is an incredible host. Highly, highly recommended!!!

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

A great view of Tavolara in an authentic home to explore the east coast of Sardinia by car. Far away from the hustle and bustle, in an oasis of peace, surrounded by nature and yet the most beautiful beaches are only a few kilometers away. Annemarie and Cristian were always attentive, communication went very smoothly and give the right tips to have a unique experience.

This was the most beautiful house for my husband and I and our 2 teen kids. This house saved our vacation in Sardinia thanks to a very friendly and flexible host. The house was not only gorgeous with amazing views but very clean with comfortable beds. We felt so lucky to have stayed there and the town of Cannigione was so special. We hope to be able to visit again someday.

Spacious finca surrounded by nature, located in a cul-de-sac (don't be fooled by Google Maps) with only a few inhabitants. The facilities are good and the service is great. Those who prefer hard mattresses will sleep like a baby. There are high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors. Thumbs up. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 10-15 minutes away. Sam is very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

We had a good journey and with the description of the location, the house was easy to find. Check in was possible for us earlier, thank you for that! Antonello welcomed us warmly and explained everything superbly. The house is great, everything is great. Every room is air-conditioned! Quiet, very beautiful location. San Teodoro is quick to reach and beaches are nearby. I especially liked the outdoor shower that I enjoyed every morning in the sun :)! The view of the sea from up there is particularly natural, magnificent. Especially in the early morning of the sunrise. It couldn't be better! All in all, everything was great and we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation with many experiences and impressions. Thanks again to the host! We would love to come again as guests!

A beautiful location!!! The view from the rear of the property was spectacular. Very compact and comfortable apartment with a lovely outside sitting area. The grounds are really well managed and very pretty. A car is necessary as only a cafe and restaurant within walking distance, but the village is a great base to explore the surrounding area. Pool is wonderful and very clean. Would highly recommend!

We had a great holiday staying here. Being so close to a lovely beach was ideal with our two young children. There is a nice bakery and a few good restaurants within walking distance which was fantastic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful. Daniela was very responsive and her mother met us on arrival which was lovely. We felt the top bunk bed wasn't suitable for use as it has no sides around it but otherwise the house met our needs well.

Giovanna’s place was very clean and exactly like the photos. We were very happy with our stay. She was always very responsive and helpful with any queries we had, as well as very accommodating. The location was perfect as it was only a minute walk to the bus station as well as close to the Main Street, shops and restaurants. Would definitely return to Giovanna’s place.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little villa in Sardinia. The villa is very private and comfortable with two fantastic outdoor spaces that work well not matter what the weather - the pool is a sun trap with plenty of sun loungers, whilst the covered veranda the other side of the property has a great table and outdoor cooking space. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area, but wow, what an area. The villa is a 4 minute drive from the local beaches, we loved Spiaggia Cala Sassari the most, park down the far end for free (we learnt this only after paying 10 euros for parking) and enjoy the whitest sand and the bluest water. We loved our boat trip out to the islands to swim in some amazing coves. Dinner was great in Golfo Arancini and Porto Rotundo. However, one of the highlights was heading inland to the Thursady market in San Pantaleo, a beautiful town in the mountains. Breathtaking! Leonardo was an excellent and responsive host. We couldn’t have asked for better!
