House in a great location, a stone's throw from the center. There are a few stairs to climb, but the house is large and pleasant! Adriano was very kind and available for any information! If we return to Parma, we will definitely consider staying there again

The accommodation is located in the historic center, in a convenient location to visit the city on foot. It is convenient to have the transit and parking permit (request it from Cristina) near the house, which is located inside the ZTL. Cristina welcomed us in person. The location is quiet.

We had a wonderful night at Paolos cozy house! Paolo was super nice, welcomed us with some water and extra beer in the fridge and helped us with great food recommendations. We also enjoyed chilling in the garden. Absolutely recommended!

La Grotta was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. It is close to Verona so, if you choose, you can go into the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

This was probably our favorite stay in Italy. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so cute inside! The location was excellent as well.

Very nice and impeccable place. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Verona by car. Very responsive and available host. Do not hesitate to take a trip to Verona and the many vineyards nearby.

We were two adults with a larger dog and did everything right with the booking with Ivan and Erika. The accommodation is beautiful and the right decision for dog owners, as a really large area is fenced. You can enjoy the days there in a dreamlike way and take countless excursions by car from there. Lake Garda, with a really good dog beach, can be reached in about 15 minutes and is a great starting point for all activities. If we go to Lake Garda, we will definitely visit Erika and Ivan again, who have refined our short break with their warm manner. That was valuable. Thank you 🙏 ❤️

Even though we were only there for two nights, we liked it very much. Everything super well equipped and good quality. fantastic view of Lake Garda.

We had a very lovely and relaxing time at the Villa. Diego was a friendly and helpful host and provided many great tips about the area. We visited in winter so the neighborhood was particularly quiet. The views of the lake were magnificent! The only suggestion would be a more modern TV and WiFi that reaches through the whole house. Outside of that, a very special property. Having a car is a must given the distance from the nearest village.

We had a very nice stay! The mobile home was clean, well equipped and offered everything you need for a few relaxing days. The absolute highlight, however, was the beautiful pool area and the quiet location – surrounded by vines, simply fantastic. Marta and her family were extremely friendly, warm and always helpful. We felt very welcome and would love to come back anytime!

An incredible view from the terrace – we spent a lot of time there, enjoying the view of the town Castelletto and the wonderful Lake Garda! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Just stunning with amazing views from everywhere! Rosanna was great with communication and greeting us. There’s a beautiful restaurant a short walk away. The place was quiet. A stunning property - just idyllic!

Both the accommodation and the pool (area) were very clean and well maintained. The view was indescribably beautiful and the hostess very nice and friendly and always available. Due to the location, the surroundings were very quiet and all in all, the accommodation was very relaxing. It was really very nice and we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was very nicely located in nature, very quiet and with a great view of Lake Garda. Everything corresponded to the pictures from the listing. Although the bed on the upper floor was actually quite hard, we were very satisfied with the alternative sofa bed in the living room. We enjoyed the stay and the seclusion very much. Even when the neighboring apartments were rented, it was very quiet. Laura was courteous and provided us with additional towels after we were totally drenched on arrival. All in all, easy to recommend!

Suzanna is adorable, provided us with blankets as it was cool in the listing and gave us tips. The accommodation is small but very functional, very well equipped (especially the kitchen, given the size of the room), with a free parking space just opposite. We can feel the springs of the mattress but that didn't stop us from sleeping well. Quiescent balls and a mask are useful. The accommodation is perfectly located, we went without problem to Sirmione, Peschiera, Torri del Benaco and Parco Giardino Sigùrta. We regret not having reversed the durations of our 2 stays to stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay with Ivan and Diambra very much and felt at home. The accommodation was great, very clean and the breakfast was terrific. The two had many excursion tips for us and Fumane is an ideal starting point for exploring Valpolicella. We would come back anytime and can definitely recommend both accommodation and host.

From the first chat with Mrs. Laura we felt her extreme kindness and cordiality. We were 3 families with children and a grandmother and we found the house extremely comfortable, especially everything corresponding to what was described... and even more! We also found a corner with little houses and toys, balloons, high alms, and slides for children: unexpected and useful for entertaining children. The kitchen was stocked with everything and we also used the barbecue. The cleanliness was really impeccable: from the windows to the drawers of the closets, from the linens to the dishes. The bedrooms were spacious and functional; the bathroom in every room is the plus! Common areas like the kitchen, living room, and terrace were perfect for being together. Mrs. Laura and her husband were hospitable, discreet but always available: a really exquisite family! Thanks again, we had a special Easter!

We enjoyed our stay in the very well-maintained apartments, with good amenities. Good, quiet location and the pretty village of Borghetto and surroundings is within walking distance. Anna as a very friendly hostess welcomed us warmly and recommended good restaurants and shopping. As a family with our adult children and their partners and two dogs, we enjoyed all three residential units Cesare, a nice residential unit under the roof, Ludovico with two sleeping arrangements on the 1st floor and Viola on the ground floor, each with their own cooking facilities and bathrooms. I'd love to come back...!

This a truly an amazing space with beautiful views. Actually better than the pics!! We loved our time on Lake Garda and ventured out hiking, boating, to beach clubs, visiting lakeside towns, and relaxing on the porch. Everything was within about a 30 minute drive.
