Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Porto Recanati Beach

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

Lucia was kind and caring before and during our stay; she took care of the arrival time by being at the reception with a jug of fresh water and a fruit basket. The apartment matched the descriptions in the listing; despite the hot days we did not suffer from the lack of air conditioning, making up for it with the fans present. The kitchen is really complete, nothing is missing as well as in the bathroom and in the rooms. The beach is within a 10-minute walk, and nearby there is a small grocery store, a pasta factory, a bakery, a fishmonger and a tobacco bar. A good solution for a vacation in Grottammare.

Great service, well-kept and clean accommodation. We were welcomed with every possible and useful detail for the stay. The host Ferruccio was helpful, courteous and attentive to our requests. I highly recommend it.

Once again it was a lovely and very relaxing stopover with Graziella and Graziano. A warm welcome and a personal farewell with a chat about dogs and life. We always feel very welcome and would love to come back soon. It is a quiet location and everything is clean and tidy and our dog also feels at home here.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Large apartment on two floors, inside a beautiful typical stone house, with everything you need and great attention to detail. Perfect location for us, on a quiet street in a small village, however with the possibility of walking to a great bar and a small well-stocked supermarket. Very responsive and helpful host. We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The apartment is very well located, very close to the important areas of Ancona, and close to public transport. It is spacious, fresh, very clean and with good furniture. Well decorated.
