From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

The apartment, entirely renovated in 2024, is located inside the Punta Asfodeli residence, located on the beach of the same name. It is precisely the proximity to the sea that makes the location unique. The beach is free and the shallow and sheltered sea is ideal for children. The residence has tennis courts, soccer, beach volleyball, a playground, and free parking. The house is a three-room apartment on the second floor, with a furnished habitable terrace, overlooking the greenery.
