We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

The apartment looked completely fresh. Renovated. Everything that was needed was there. The air conditioning was important, which was extremely pleasant in the heat. Everything looked almost new and super clean. Recommended for four people, not far from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants. The nearby train station does not bother either. Overall highly recommended.

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

We got hit by a storm for 3 days which was unfortunate! Also beach activities had closed down - possibly early because of Storm - however we enjoyed the apartment- the decking area is fabulous- as are the views ! Thank you Naty !

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host is really helpful, kind, friendly and very nice. Ready to help us out anytime with anything we request. The place is just 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the train station. If you don’t mind about hearing train this is the place for you to stay. Restaurants and supermarket close by. I recommend the place and the host very much.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Our holiday was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Quite small but well-structured accommodation, good location ( 20 meters from the sea) inside there is practically everything ( no sheets as written between the information of the accommodation ). We were a little unfortunate with the cleaning (a few hair too far around and I have finished the shower drain myself ) but it can happen , the kitchen and living room were in excellent condition . I recommend it because I had a good time and it is in an area that for us was strategic to visit this beautiful region !

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Couple vacation, beachfront location very convenient access to the beach free and not. Quiet area, many families with children of all ages. Area served walking to various restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco, bank. During the evening walks we had the opportunity to enjoy stalls, markets, beach clubs and for those who like a nice amusement park. Carolina is very helpful and kind, bright and spacious loft, kitchen and bathroom with all the comforts. Three balconies have TV and air conditioning. The many windows in the living room allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea as soon as you wake up.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. The apartment is very nice and spacious, with different types of lighting (a lot of chromotherapy), the location is wonderful, practically on the beach. The terrace is also well equipped with a sitting area and a table with chairs... one thing that I really appreciated is that included in the price there is an umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach right in front and as if that were not enough, the bar/restaurant near the house is really worth it (Filippo's restaurant).. we wanted a relaxing holiday with every comfort and we had it... ps: do not miss the sunrise from the huge windows of the living area. The host was always very helpful!

Very nice apartment in a nice location, lovely walk around the beach boulevard. Tania and Max great hosts, leaving snacks and drinks as a little welcoming package, very nice touch. We had 3 nights here and throughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommended this accommodation was perfect.
