Had a great time! Everything was very clean. The view is beautiful. We were received and said goodbye in a very friendly manner. Only the garbage disposal is a bit problematic and you need a car. Overall, definitely highly recommend it. We would love to come back!

5 mins from a beautiful beach and walkable to the town. The garden is also a lovely place to chill.

Amazing tranquil cottage with large garden. Close to great beaches, villages and sightseeing but you feel very much in your own world in this beautiful AirBnB. Hosts are responsive and very helpful, cottage is well equipped!

An unforgettable stay with Lorenzo! My stay in Orosei was simply fantastic - especially thanks to Lorenzo! From the first moment, he was incredibly warm, helpful and always available. You can tell right away that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and perfectly located to explore the fantastic beaches and the old town of Orosei. I particularly liked the relaxed, authentic atmosphere - exactly what you want for a stay in Sardinia. Thank you, Lorenzo, for your hospitality and all the great tips. I will definitely be back!

Extremely great hosts. Antonella and Claudia helped with our first big shop. Really appreciated that. Very responsive when we reported a breakage we noted on arrival. Checked in with us at regular intervals to ensure that we were having a comfortable stay. An electric kettle would have been good as opposed to a stove top one but we did manage fine. Highly recommended

An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

Nice vila with very good location, suitable for 3 families. Big outdoor area, great for children. Paolo, our host is super responsive and he meet all our needs immediately. Early check in and late check out was free of charge, as they didn’t have guests after us.

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Francesca’s place is a fantastic find, a charming house with character, spacious bedrooms, luscious garden and that beautiful panoramic view of the sea that we never get tired of looking and enjoying its crystal clear water with white sandy beach. Although sun is shining the wind is a bit nippy. We felt very much at home since arriving. The garden bedroom is brilliant but internet/wifi connection is very poor. So out with our books and board games! The shower outside in the garden is definitely a welcome change but can’t help feeling conscious from would be prying eyes - there was none! We could do with a bigger kitchen to prep our food but it is well equipped. Overall it has been a very enjoyable stay and my family and I will definitely come back to this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay. The home and the views are beautiful, with a gorgeous outdoor patio perfect for enjoying a homemade meal. The location is gorgeous, literally steps from a beautiful beach that has a great little cafe. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were good, and beds were comfortable. Oh and a private parking space, too. Ignazia is a great host. For a peaceful and beautiful escape, I recommend this rental!

we were 3 couples and a baby, all the amenities were there. There are 3 apartments at the location that can be locked separately, so plenty of privacy. The beach is very close and the area is fantastic. We had some trouble separating the waste, but that all worked out well. Had a fantastic time

A wonderful week in Piero's incredibly beautifully located house, which leaves nothing to be desired. I found everything my heart desires, the house is very beautiful and modern and even in the hot season there is a pleasant climate. A great deep terrace area around the whole house, and directly accessible from every room with its own door. The location is very nice with a great view to the sea and secluded, yet you are within 6 minutes by car to the beautiful village of San Pantaleo with its beautiful streets, shops and restaurants. Shopping in the small supermarket, and refueling both quickly accessible. The most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda are only 20 minutes away by car. Piero was super helpful with questions and responded quickly. I can highly recommend it without reservations and would come back at any time.

Very nice house, well maintained in a quiet area near Porto San Paolo. Beautiful views day or night. Max is available and responsive. We just had an issue with the front door lock that doesn't lock ( which needs to be fixed now ). Pleasant family stay, we recommend it.

Catia’s is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautiful inside and out, the pictures here don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is peaceful and very green, the views breathtaking. Even though there are plenty of great beaches in the area, we spent so much time at the house and pool. It is quite isolated and a little far from the main road, but we didn’t mind this as the house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here when in Sardegna.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Very happy with the piol. Some noise from the hotel next door on two evenings which stopped at midnight. Very well equipped kitchen. Very generous food for us on arrival. We were delighted.

The four of us spent a few days in Santa Reparata in mid-June and are simply thrilled! The house is beautiful and impresses above all with the great views of the sea. We particularly enjoyed the large, newly furnished kitchen, the cozy terrace with pool and the great view. The location is also perfect, very quiet and the direct proximity to Capo Testa and Santa Teresa Gallura as a port town was great. The cottage is also well equipped. Only a few shelves in the bathroom and bedrooms as well as more comfortable mattresses would have been great. The communication with Matteo was also very friendly and straightforward. We can fully recommend the cottage and would love to come back here!

Very nice week spent in Palau. Very good interaction with Guido the owner, and Lorenzo, who welcomed us and are also responsive to our questions. The cottage was perfect, very well located for visiting the northwest of Sardinia. Lots of things nearby, no need to drive too much to get around. Beautiful area. We recommend

Super nice quiet place in the middle of nature. The house is great, very clean and nicely furnished. It matched the photos and description. We had a great time and would come back.

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!

Paola’s house is very nice and spacious, with everything you need including AC (which was necessary in July/August). The pool is clean and there is a very nice beach just a few minutes walk away. We were two families with small kids and had a great time during our stay and hope to come back soon!
