Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Porto Sant'Elpidio

The apartment was easy to reach by foot and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Vincenzo was very kind to host me last-minute which was a great help! He was very friendly and attentive, gave me some advice for dinner and prepared a light breakfast in the morning. All in all: very satisfied.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Ascoli und braucht trotzdem nur 5 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und Elisabetta und ihre Mitarbeiterin haben sich zudem sehr liebevolle um unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter gekümmert. Alles in allem eine tolle und sehr kinderfreundliche Unterkunft.

Casa Matilda è accogliente, pulita, ben curata e in una posizione strategica. Personalmente non avevo compreso guardando le foto che la cucina è in comune con altri ospiti. Assolutamente non un problema per me. Tornerò certamente presto a Porto Sant'Elpidio ospite di Casa Matilda.

Ho soggiornato insieme alla mia ragazza presso il B&B di Barbara. Nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo minuto è stata reattiva e disponibile nel fornirci feedback su prenotazione ed indirizzo. Una volta giunti a destinazione, a seguito di un breve sterrato (gestibile con una normalissima macchina), la location è stupenda. La camera era pulita ed ordinata. La colazione era ben fornita e consumabile all'aperto, circondati dal verde e dai pavoni che razzolano liberi. Dovessi ricapitare in zona tornerei nel B&B di Barbara senza dubbio!

5 Stars! Superb Accommodation! Besurifully appointed with a comfortable bed, modern bath and fixtures. Sparking clean, peaceful setting, steps to town. Breakfast was delicious. The host was friendly and helpful. I hope to visit longer next time!

Jacopo e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Il posto è molto bello. Camera pulitissima e confortevole. Accoglienza per il nostro cane straordinaria. Colazione eccellente, con prodotti fatti a mano (marmellata di ciliegie buonissima). Estrema cura e attenzione per gli ospiti. Ottimo soggiorno

Una villa meravigliosa, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina, piche il tempo non era dei migliori, ma ci riproveremo sicuramente, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, colazione a buffet molto gradita, e stanca pulita in maniera impeccabile, riprenoteró sicuramente per usufruire della spa

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended

Grazie infinite per l’accoglienza e i consigli che ci avete dato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, immersi nella natura, nella quiete e nel meraviglioso glicine che ci circondava durante la colazione! La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti e profumati! Torneremo sicuramente, a presto, Cristina e Mattia.

Un’atmosfera magica quella che si respira a Montecosaro e nella struttura di Silvia! Oltre alla bellissima location, siamo state accolte con grande attenzione e calore. Nella struttura è tutto molto curato e pulito, non mancava nulla. Per non parlare della colazione! Tanti prodotti fatti in casa da Simona, dallo yogurt con il muesli alle torte, con tanto di cappuccino. Infine, i padroni di casa sono stati molto attenti per quanto riguarda la situazione pandemica; mascherine, spazi divisi per la colazione degli ospiti delle due camere ecc. Se ricapitassimo in quelle zone, torneremmo assolutamente in questa struttura!

Un bellissimo posto dove soggiornare. Gli host sono davvero gentili e disponibili... hanno fatto tutto (e anche di più) per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole e venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Ein unglaublich magischer Ort. . Wer ein B&B in seiner ursprünglichen Form sucht, ist bei Fabio & Family& Friends- genau richtig. Jedenfalls nach unserem Gefühl hat das zu 100% " gematched" Schon der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und trotz der Sprachbarriere hat uns Fabios Mutter rührend empfangen.Die Unterkunft selbst ist ungeheuer geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Abgeschieden und ruhig haben wir hier entspannte Tage verbracht. Wir werden sicherlich Wiederholungstäter - als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen.

Very beautiful and modern house, host family are very nice and warm. Wake up in the morning, the view outside the window is serene. I will come again next time I have a chance!

We had a fantastic stay at Greenvalley BnB, Yulia is a friendly and helpful host. We also became friends with Eugene (one of her dogs), who only walked along with Yulia when she came over to deliver breakfast. At the same time we had our privacy at the studio. The studio is very comfortable and the pool is very nice; the pictures speak for themselves. If you are looking for a place to relax and close to some nice villages, the beach and services (such as grocery shopping), Greenvalley BnB is most definitely the perfect location. We would highly recommend this !! J&M.

A beautiful discovery, a peaceful environment and a delicious host: watch out for her beautiful breakfast and home made tapas! Also if you go to Porto San Giorgio to eat at Nikita Sergeev’s forward thinking restaurant L’Arcade CinziaHome is the best spot to stay; if you stay one or more days at Cinzia’s place then you really deserve a treat at Nikita’s restaurant!

Prima volta in questa struttura ma ci è rimasta nel cuore. Marco è stato caloroso e disponibile. Parcheggio gratuito nella proprietà. La camera è bellissima e moderna, dotata dinogni confort. Pulitissima e ed estremamente funzionale. Ogni stanza è dotata di un balcone privato con tavolo e sedie. Possibilità di rifornirsi di acqua fresca dal boccione in corridoio. Area tranquilla e riparata da cui è facilissimo raggiungere il mare o il centro. Colazione ottima e varia , sempre presenti i dolci fatti in casa. Spero di poter tornare presto

This place was exactly as described and better! Frederica was an incredible host. She provided breakfast every morning, had a spotless pool with incredible views and fresh towels, she answered all our questions and had great local recommendations. We stayed for a wedding nearby in Treia other than that it’s very small town vibes with beautiful scenery and a bit of a drive to touristy locations.

un piccolo angolo di paradiso in cima alla collina con vista mare. piscina, prato, orto e un alloggio ristrutturato che mette serenità solo a guardarlo. se cerchi un posto isolato dove ricaricarti in mezzo alla natura, questo è ciò che fa per te!

The view is incredible. We had a beautiful stay here. Francesca was welcoming and makes great coffee! Such an amazing breakfast looking out at the sea and stunning coast line. We stayed in the room with a great view. There is also a pool on site. We walked to two beach’s from the house, which was very handy.
