It is a beautifully situated holiday villa, perched on a hillside 80 meters above sea level, offering a 180-degree sea view from its spacious sun deck and nestled amidst rocky terrain and Mediterranean vegetation. Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. E' composta da ampio salone con zona pranzo, cucina con piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigo e lavastoviglie; due camere matrimoniali di cui una con accesso diretto alla piscina e una terza camera doppia, due bagni con doccia e una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda, nel giardino si trova inoltre una bella zona Bbq con forno per la pizza.

Portobello e’ il posto ideale dove rilassarsi e trascorrere una vacanza nella natura. La casa dista meno di 200 mt a piedi dalla spiaggia della Baia dell'Amore. Situata vicino a tutti i servizi del Parco gode di grande privacy con vista aperta sulla vegetazione interna. Riparata dal maestrale permette di vivere il patio facendolo diventare un posto perfetto dove rilassarsi specialmente al pomeriggio. Portobello e’ un luogo sicuro, con guardie h24 e con accesso vietato ai non residenti.

La Cera Farm Camping Into the Nature Bungalow

This Yurt is located on a hill with sea view. It has private bathroom, airconditioning, fridge and outdoor kitchen. Outside garden table and hammocks. You can't reach the yurt directly with the car, you need to walk from car parking for 5 minutes uphill but the sea view is worth a small walk. Homemade breakfast is included and delivered by the yurt. You will find fresh bread, muffins, jams, fruit and fruit juice. and you will find all the equipment to fix coffee and tea by yourself.
