Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Portocolom

We have just returned from a family holiday and it was amazing. Our host was communicating with us before our arrival. The information provide was clear and there were no issues. The villa is beautiful. Such wonderful views and exactly like the photos (if not better) large supermarkets require a car or tax however there are local shops to get basics. Beach is a 5 min walk and local restaurants and bars are also a short distance! Lovely area, not crowded and overbearing! Just lovely. Sunsets from the villa were sensational too! We traveled with young boys, 4 years old and a neatly 70 Year old grandparent. We found no struggle!! We are already looking at dates for next year! Beautiful.

we loved the house and the area around. A very nice and well furnished house also ideal with children. The pool and the beautiful bay is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The host is also a very heart person and would recommend you as well as the house immediately. The price for this accommodation is completely justified. The only thing you have to keep in mind is the high price for the final cleaning as well as for electricity consumption. We thank our host very much and the next time we are in Mallorca we would always travel back to him and to a beautiful house.

Rafael was the perfect host. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. The house was immaculate, stylish, clean and spacious. Utilities and facilities were spot on. Showers were hot, beds were comfortable. Location was great, about 5 mins walk from the harbour and bars and restaurants. Would certainly stay again. It made our dream holiday a dream!

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We loved a dip in the pool each morning. The house was very clean and the location is very peaceful.

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with an amazing, attentive host, I'd highly recommend staying at this place in Pollença. Thanks again Alex!

Amazing terrace. Peaceful, beautiful views overlooking the beach and not overlooked, a perfect place to relax

Absolutely fabulous apartment - spacious, clean, nicely appointed. The terrace in particular is really wonderful - amazing views out and a glorious place to hang out. Location is perfect in Port de Pollenca, just along the promenade from numerous restaurants and bars and supermarkets. Great tips from Sebastia on restaurants. We also really appreciated the welcome pack of water, coffee, milk etc - nice little touches and felt very considerate. Bedroom is at the back so very quiet and has it's own air con which was a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! Overall - an absolutely excellent stay, highly highly recommend.

We spent 5 days in Vincent's accommodation. The apartment was beautiful. From the bedroom balcony you could see the great harbor and from the living room you could look over the bay. The host was very friendly and thought of everything to make our stay in the accommodation pleasant. Everything was even better than described and especially the area. Everything you need was right outside the door. Great restaurants, bars, shopping and even bakeries. It also took less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. We are glad to have chosen Vincent's accommodation and are very grateful to him for his courtesy. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is excellent!! The view is spectacular, everything is super clean, the bed is very comfortable and they give you towels for the beach. The place is very quiet and with a lot of services nearby, the beach in front is very nice. We had a wonderful time!

The apartment was clean and tidy and matched the description. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. It was great that all the rooms had aircon, however it was a little loud at night. What really makes this place stand out is the location and the fantastic view. You are 30 seconds from everything that Port de Pollenca has to offer. It is really worth getting up for sunrise and doing the Pine walk followed by a morning swim! We would definitely stay here again, the only thing I can suggest is that the apartment would benefit from some more utensils/ equipment.

Loved our stay at Mario’s place. The apartment is walkable to the main strip and backs on to a gorgeous hike to a castle on a nature reserve. Mario was very helpful and kindly responded to all of our questions about the area. The apartment was clean, as described and stocked with bits needed for a short trip. Would stay again! This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

We had a great stay at Isabella Beach! It is very close to the beach and has very accessible parking. The Airbnb itself came with many amenities allowing us to cook at home 2 of our 4 nights. We loved hanging outside and it was a great stay overall. The only place of improvement was the smell of the bathroom. They tried to cover it with air fresheners but it was pretty hard being in the bathroom for a long period of time.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

Super nice apartment! Large and spacious. Nice kitchen, nice terrace and good single beds. We enjoyed being there. The only thing is that if you rent a car, it is difficult to get it parked in Sollér. However, Nina cannot do anything about it, so it does not affect our review. But we would clearly recommend taking a taxi up to Soller, unless you want to go out and see a lot of different places along the way.

We loved the apartment and it is very well located (next to the beach and the port). Communication with both Maxim and his son has been excellent. We will repeat.

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket
