The house is divided into a sleeping area, with three bedrooms, two double, and one with a bunk bed, and two bathrooms with shower, large living room and separate kitchen. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
