Holiday rentals with a patio in Portsmouth

This was our yearly annual Newport trip and even though the weather wasn’t great we had an amazing time! Jeff’s place had prime location so we were able to still explore and still be close by when it rained. We went to some of his restaurant suggestions and loved them! Would definitely stay here again it was a 10/10!! I highly recommend!

My friends and I had a blast exploring Providence, and coming back to Aref’s cozy apartment created the perfect ending! I would love to book another stay when we come back to Providence!

This place was gorgeous - right in the heart of downtown. Jay was also so responsive and such a great host! This airbnb made Newport an excellent trip. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

The apartment was just right for a short weekend trip to Providence. Check-in was easy and the local suggestions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Paul and Monica were wonderful hosts: responsible, kind and helpful. I’d recommend their place in a heartbeat! It was so comfy, from the shower to the bed and pillows. We also really appreciated the fruit and beverages! Thanks so much!

Our stay was outstanding. We felt VERY at home and loved every minute we spent in this beautiful, cozy property. Leah & Su were so welcoming and kind. Wish we didn’t have to leave and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rhode Island. I don’t think I can express how happy we are with everything.

Well kept little space. Clean and well decorated. It has charm as was exactly as described. Decently accessible to downtown by car or even by foot. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting.

Lindsay’s place is in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere, including the cliff walk and mansions. The area was close to a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops as well. The house was spotless, it had everything we needed, and Lindsay was super responsive and flexible with our check in time.

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept spot to unwind.

The house is beautiful, comfortable with an unbelievable view, which is what we needed, but nowhere to walk around the house. There is a beautiful bakery and restaurant within are within 10 minutes drive that Alyssa can provide a whole list . Overall, we loved our stay and we were extremely comfortable .

Rachael's place is a fantastic oasis. The home is beautiful and quiet. Super easy fast check-in, spotlessly clean, clean hotel-grade towels and amenities, and little thoughtful extras that made everyone in our party happy. An excellent all-around experience.

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Rayvon’s place was perfect for a quick getaway. Very clean, well-kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Rayvon was a great host.

We had 7 ladies stay at Kate's place for a wonderful, picture perfect, coastal Bachelorette weekend! The house could not have been more perfect. While it is a little tough to find at first, once you are there and inside, it is amazing! The kitchen and living space are expansive and have plenty of seating. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet and dresser storage in each AND there are individual AC units in every room, which was appreciated on a hot weekend. The backyard is a little oasis and beautiful, we even did a private yoga session outside. This was definitely one of the best equipped Air Bnb's I have ever stayed in and would recommend it again and again. It is only a short distance from downtown Newport and local Middletown spots are minutes away. This is an amazing house for a girls trip!

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!
