Holiday rentals with beach access in Posedarje

Very very nice hosts! We were there with our two kids. They could play great in the yard and on the terrace. All was extremely clean! Great views, everything super within walking distance, restaurants, sea, shopping.

Great stay. Simple apartment but ideal for a summer vacation. Access in 2 minutes to a private beach.

We had a fantastic time at Mia’s vacation home. It was an amazing and relaxing experience. Mia’s mother was incredibly kind and welcoming; she regularly brought us delicious snacks, which made our stay even more special. The location is easy to reach by car. There are also many nice local restaurants nearby to explore. It’s good to know that many of these restaurants only accept cash, so make sure to have enough with you.

We were able to enjoy our family vacation! The place was clean, well maintained and well equipped (towels, pans, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, plates, pots, barbecue, etc. were provided and also worked). Great location with private beach access our little daughter really liked, there are four loungers and a large umbrella per house, so everyone had their own area to sunbathe. The shops and restaurants are nearby, but unfortunately not within walking distance. Overall, we liked the place, we would love to come back and rent two houses the night, then you have almost the whole beach and even more privacy to yourself ;)

Josip and his daughter Tina are kind, they answer all your questions, their accommodation is impeccable all the furniture is new, extremely clean and there is everything useful. The view of the pond is beautiful, the small welcome gift is a real plus to show you that they are there for you. Private parking space. Thanks again to both of you.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We highly recommend. Beautiful location. In walking distance to the picturesque village. The view is stunning. Right on the water overlooking the mountains. We never tired of the view. Great private pool and easy access to swim in the ocean. We had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Care has been taken to curate tableware, equipment etc. Felt like being in our own kitchen. Arrival and check in was effortless. Meng had prepared little guides with information to support our stay. When we arrived, everything was ready for us to just enjoy and settle in. Spacious open plan kitchen/living room. Big rooms with great beds for a good night’s sleep in absolute tranquility. Impeccably clean. Great terrace with option to barbeque and enjoy the views. Communication with Meng was very good - answers quickly and takes great care of her guests. Highly recommend this wonderful place and excellent host. Hoping to come back.

Apartment: WOW! Beach for children:WOW host: WOWWOWWOW!!! We got trouble when we wanted to leave the place. I had to search a repair for the car. Matija's daughter helped to speak with the repair man and ordered pizza for our children, gave us ice cold water so they are really for the guests. ❤️

Absolutely beautiful house, completely new and the same as the photos. It was equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. The pool and garden with a barbecue were the highlight. Everything was extremely clean and well-kept. I'd love to go back.

The house is close to the beach, about 8 minutes walk, Zadar is half hour by car. Nearby there is more than a grocery store and a large supermarket (5 minutes walk), a pharmacy, a bank, a bakery... On the beach there is a beautiful view at night. Sometimes concerts take place and there are restaurants, ice cream parlors... The house is clean and everything you need is there, a washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, oven, cooking utensils, towels, linens... Gordana was waiting for us with her husband. Communication between us was very easy, they were very nice and very friendly. It was a wonderful holiday and my kids were very pleased. We had a fantastic time in Villa Dora in Podgradina. The cottage was perfectly prepared – the kitchen was fully equipped (everything you need to cook and serve meals), the bathroom is also impeccable. Every room had air conditioning, which was a huge advantage on hot days. An additional plus was the smart TV and very quick contact with the owner – always available and helpful. The place was completely private, and we had a beautiful heated pool and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday in Croatia.

Their communication was quick and efficient which made our entire stay very easy. We definitely recommend this house for everyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Croatia with a stunning view and all that is needed for a relaxing holiday. We had a lovely stay. Nataša is very kind and welcoming. The accommodation looks very neat, with all the comforts. Wonderful terrace with a view of the sea. Nice beds and lovely bedding. We enjoyed the peace and the sea very much. If you go snorkeling, you will see many different fish. If you are happy to throw out a fishing rod, that's also worth it. Within half an hour you will be in Zadar, recommended. Within 5 minutes (by car) you are at a large supermarket, where you can find everything. Thanks Nataša!

Kata is a super hostess and warmly welcomed us right on the street. She and her friends were always available to us and gave us useful hints and tips without being asked. Kata's apartment offers everything you need as a family of 5 and the location is just perfect. In 2 minutes you will be at an easily accessible rocky beach, in 5 minutes at the somewhat livelier “city beach” of Vinjerac. Kata grilled us delicious fish, baked fritatas and pancakes and was never intrusive or even disturbing. The garden with outdoor shower is perfect for nice quiet evenings and invites you to linger. We would like to stay with Kata again any time.

Nice, really nice and new vila with everything what you need for relax, including the beatifull swiming pool. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning.

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the ad stipulates, very clean, very practical with a nice terrace, and nickel services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the small cafe that overlooks it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to count at least 1 half-hour walk, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
