Dear guest, welcome to our holiday home Monika! This is commodious house, surrounded by nature and private pool, ideal for all those who like peace and silence. You will have privacy in house, but loud parties after 11pm are not allowed. We recommend arriving with a car because there is 10 min drive to beach area and 15 min to Zadar. Newly built and modern house about 50 m2, about 70 m from the sea in the center of town about 20 km from the city of Zadar. Has a bedroom with a double bed. The house has a bathroom, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and living room with sofa bed for 2 people. The house has TV (Android), wireless internet access and air conditioning, as well as a large balcony with seating furniture.
