The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or requesting. From the 17th person, additional fees will be charged.

The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. Our 67 m² vacation home is quietly located in the Bavarian countryside and has its own garden. The lake with dog beach is only 200 m away, fishing with a license is possible. Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, it is ideally suited for winter vacations & ski vacations. Winter sports resorts such as Sankt Englmar are about 100 km away. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby.
