Holiday rentals with a patio in Potamos

We had a fantastic stay – the apartment was even better than expected: modern, spotless, and much more spacious than it looked in the photos. Everything felt new and well-designed. Alexander The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive. We stayed for four nights in June as a family of four. The location in Gouvia is ideal – 20 minutes from Corfu Town, close to beaches, and right across from a large supermarket and produce shop. Quiet area but close to restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is fully equipped: separate A/C units, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, a well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely shaded patio where we enjoyed breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, though we found the pillows a bit firm. The bathroom had great water pressure, hot water, and excellent drainage. Plenty of Towels, soap, and shampoo were provided. The host greeted us warmly with a bottle of wine and local tips. We’d gladly stay here again!

Beautiful apartment (better than in the photos) with a beautiful view and well located in Dassia. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Dassia is a good place to visit northern Corfu. Stefanos is kind and takes good care of the apartments. The jacuzzi bathtub is a pretty nice bonus. Note: someone comes to the apartment during our absence to empty the trash and change the towels. It's a good service, but surprising if you're not warned at the beginning. I recommend it!

We would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to visit Corfu!

What a wonderful property. So many thoughtful touches and a lovely, hospitable host. We immediately felt right at home and was the perfect place to stay for a short trip to Corfu. Effy also gifted us with some little treats to take home and gave a brilliant recommendation for food on the last night after letting us stay by the pool before our late flight home. Stephanos place was perfect. Close to everything very walkable. The apartment was well equipped, very roomy, great patio, Adorable, Authentic. We stayed at the end of April during Easter, when most shops were closed, so we were pleasantly surprised – the hosts made sure we had water, coffee, tea, snacks, and other essential groceries waiting for us upon arrival. We are very grateful for such thoughtfulness and the warm welcome! The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and well-organized, with everything you might need during your stay. The location is very convenient for exploring the island – it's easy to get around by car. The only downside was that the apartment was a bit chilly at that time of year, but it was not a problem since we could heat it with the air conditioner. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return ourselves!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights while working remotely in Corfu after a long weekend with friends. It was perfect. The WiFi was really reliable and worked fine for video calls etc. It’s surprisingly large with two floors and two balconies with tables/chairs, a desk and large kitchen table, so plenty of workspace. Wonderful location near Mon Repos park (3 min walk to the entrance. 10minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach/swimming spot). 15min walk to a stretch of lovely coastline with great non-touristy restaurants. A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was furnished with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. Villa Mia was everything and more!! The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the view was breathtaking. We will be back! Thanks for an amazing week in Corfu!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's place and felt very comfortable! The location directly on the water is simply a dream and you can hardly believe your eyes when you wake up in the morning and look directly at the sea from your bed. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on vacation. Our highlight was the SUP boards that we were allowed to use to paddle on the water. Marina gave us great tips for the island and the surrounding area and her mother was always available as a local contact. We highly recommend the place ☺️

The accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the sea and Albania. The view can be enjoyed even more in the rooftop jacuzzi. The accommodation is about 5 minutes from the main road and supermarkets. Nevertheless, it is quiet and private, as the accommodation is located on a small hill. Accordingly, the path to it is a bit bumpy, which is normal for islands. Furthermore, all the necessary utensils and furniture are available in the accommodation. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Kathy is such a warm and nice woman. The communication with her was spotless. Kathy's accommodation is especially recommended for people traveling alone or in pairs.

This apartment was so good. It is very convenient for the old and new town of Corfu, and for all the restaurants as well. The communication from the management company was excellent and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Excellent location near cafes and restaurants. Perfect space to call our temporary home. We told Christina we had an elderly dog and were surprised to find two dog bowls and a blanket waiting! Kitchen was very well equipped and thoughtfully laid out. Well lit and comfortable rooms. Would choose to stay here again when back in Corfu.

I think it was the best place we could have stayed. Nikos was extremely kind and welcoming which made our stay perfect. He gave tips on what to visit and always cared if everything was ok. The place is in great spot and Benitses is a great town to stay. You can reach everything by foot and explore the island with a car.

Such a beautiful place! The view is something else, just undisturbed green valley and mountains, with a sunset to die for! Almost constant sound of cicadas during the day and owls after sunset makes this place magical. Countless butterflies, lizards and buzzard circling the valley every day make no competition for the tv series you've been watching - you're not gonna turn the TV. The studio is just the right size for a couple. Very comfy, super clean, excellent huge bed. The's everything one need for a great stay and when I say everything I mean it. And the hosts, such a lovely family. They took great care of us. Special thank you to Lidsay for explaining everything, answering all our questions, interesting conversations and delicious cake. To us all roads lead to Corfu and we'll be back at your beautiful place for sure.

We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Corfu, the apartment was everything we expected and more, perfect host, great location and exactly as described, our only issue was we did not stay for longer. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment very close to the centre of town. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need.

The apartment is beautifully located on the river and the sea. Quiet location yet very centrally located (a few minutes' drive from Saranda City). Lara is a very accommodating and helpful host, answers quickly and has asked several times if everything is ok. Thanks for that!
