Holiday rentals with a sauna in Potomac River

Kyisha and George are the best Airbnb hosts in PG County. The way they decorated and prepared their house made me feel like home the moment I stepped in. They are very responsive and I especially appreciate the clear instructions that they sent me on the day of the check-in. I love how serene and beautiful the area is and I enjoy the sauna they provided during my stay. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs of all time. The space was decorated very well, everything was clean and as described, and the location was perfect for hiking and exploring Staunton!

We had a wonderful stay at The Downtown Flat at Creekside. The apartment is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. A highlight was the very comfortable king-size bed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooks a treelined babbling creek. The apartment is very well located and walkable to all that downtown Berkeley Springs has to offer (restaurants, shops, and the State Park with its natural springs and bathhouse). We will definitely stay here again. Also, Jeff and Sam were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Be sure to check out their cute and well-stocked provisions shop under the apartment!

Very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Nice to have the bed area to nap or watch TV and a separate area by the sauna to nap or read.

Lovely apartment, very well located, just one block from the metro and one station away from the airport. The host was very attentive to everything I needed. Definitely an excellent choice for staying in Washington, D.C.

We had no idea this was a resort with a sales pitch. Be ready. Not hard for us to say no and they were not persistent but we that this was an apartment in a building. This is a Wyndham Resort. Lovely amenities, parking $25/day right across the street, no restaurant on site but lots of choices close. It was perfect for our purposes.

Beautiful clean place with great views ke the mountains and 20 minute drive to James Madison University. I highly recommend it is lovely and lots of things to do. Walk explore and refreshing stay

I lived in this unit for 5 months, and I had a great experience. The unit has a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for a longer term stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essential utensils and cooking vessels, and all appliances are functional. The living space is comfortable with substantial storage space, and the dressing room and bathroom are well-maintained and relatively spacious as well. Some of the furnishings are more well-loved, but all are comfortable and in working order. Amber and Maranda are extremely communicative, and I never had any issues with maintenance or pests. For added security, Amber and Maranda provide a lease agreement, which gave me more peace of mind as a renter. River Place South is a very nice building overall, with a renovated lobby, kind, attentive concierge staff, security, and a decent quality gym.

house was very well stocked for an Airbnb (games, kitchen stuff, household items, etc), having an onsite firewood supply was amazing as was being within walking distance of some of the slopes. Vivian's instructions were very clear on the check in/check out procedure and everything was described accurately. Would stay here again!

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

The rental and grounds met our expectations and needs very well. Lots to do in the surrounding area. The pool and hot tub were just right. Comfy beds and cozy common area.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and the apartment was very nice. We had an issue at check-in because the instructions stated to go to the South Lobby for a Saturday check-in, but it was closed and we had to go to the North Lobby. Please update the instructions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Woodstone at Massanutten and appreciate Greg offering his timeshare credits at this resort as an Airbnb. Note: this is not Greg's personal home/condo and the actual condo number is assigned by the resort when you check in at the resort lobby (with a very long line but friendly staff). The condo was exactly as Greg described (although you could tell the unit hadn't been used in some time) but it was comfy and cozy - just what we wanted - and we were fortunate to have a gorgeous view. Greg was very responsive from before we booked when I had questions about the property; he responded immediately when we had an 'emergency' on site and he resolved it quickly with Woodstone; and he even sent a local event suggestion the day before we checked out. I would definitely book with Greg again as I know he would make sure that whether it's his actual home or a timeshare he has credits for, he will ensure we are taken care of so we enjoy our stay. Thank you, Greg!

A wonderful home with great amenities and a very kind, helpful and responsive host. She respected our privacy and accommodated everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were lovely. She even had a plastic pool for our dogs to play in. The house was well stocked and clean. There was clear communication from booking to checkout. We would for sure stay again!

The house itself is beautiful and accurately portrayed in the photos- you can tell the host put a lot of thought into all the furniture and amenities of the house. We had some toddlers with us and appreciated how kid-friendly the space was. Unfortunately, we did have a bit of a rough start on the day of our arrival due to issues with cleanliness. However, Shabina was very responsive and reached out to us immediately to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. She really showed that she cares about the guest experience, and I would definitely stay at one of her properties again. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Just a side note- there are a LOT of bugs/flies since it’s the height of summer, so don’t forget your bug spray!

Wonderful weekend stay right on the river. Easy access to the hazel river, Shenandoah national park, as well as some short trails right on the property. Spectacular views from every window and multiple decks. It’s easy to sit and read a book while listening to the peaceful sounds. This property is beautiful with everything you need to feel right at home. It felt more like a home than a rental property. It was well decorated and somewhere you actually want to spend time vs drop your stuff and head out. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to return.

Adam’s place was exactly what we needed for our wedding at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, so spacious and within a 7 min drive of the venue! He was also very helpful and flexible about our check-in and check out needs! Fantastic stay, would absolutely return!

This home was the perfect fit for our large group of 14. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the place was very accommodating! Larkin was very responsive and helped out immediately with any questions we had. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and blankets, dishes, etc. for our entire group. The location is a small quaint town. The Blue Crab down the street had some delicious food but other than that there isn’t much around so you definitely need to hit up the store. The Food Lion is less than 10min away for groceries. Williamsburg is 30min away and Yorktown about 45min away- we visited both towns to explore. Overall a marvelous stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at this amazing home! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than we expected. The house had everything we needed—so comfortable and well-equipped that we didn’t even feel like going out! Every little detail was just right, making our trip feel extra special. This was a family trip before my mother’s return to Thailand, and staying here made it truly memorable. We are so grateful for the warmth, comfort, and care this home provided.
