The cottage consists of a living room with kitchen open to the dining room and living room with TV and foosball table. 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 X 190 and 2 beds of 90 x 190) 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms. The exterior consists of an enclosed garden, 1 terrace with dining area, barbecue and deckchairs.

On the heights of the bay of Douarnenez, in Tréboul, close to the beach of Les Sables Blancs, come and discover the natural environment, the maritime activity that will allow you to enjoy a unique experience in contact with nature. You will have the pleasure of enjoying a landscape that is both lively and relaxing by coming to stay by the sea. We offer relaxation sessions with sea views around 9 p.m. in the evening. In southern Finistère, you will have the opportunity to visit the Douarnenez, Quimper, Cap Sizun and Bigouden country before relaxing in our accommodation located in a farmhouse. Accessible without steps to the second floor of a building, it is adjoining our home. It has a balcony and a small private garden. It is composed of a living room bathed in light with kitchen open to the living room (sofa bed (140 x 190), 1 shower room and 1 bedroom (180 or 2 x 90 x 190)

Beautiful gîte close to the sea and Douarnenez

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte of Moulin de Kerdunic. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte.

At the crossroads of the Bigouden, Glazik and Penn Sardin countries, the "La Grange" gîte, in operation since October 2021, is part of the Moulin de Kerguerhent estate dating from the 18th century. Its central location allows it to have the sea to the north, south and west between 12 and 20 minutes.
