Maison calme, ensoleillée mais fraîche l'été et CLIMATISÉE. Vous pouvez profitez de la piscine dés le lever et jusqu'au coucher. Vous êtes à côté du Gardon où vous baigner ou faire du canoë jusqu'au Pont du Gard. Proche pour visiter Uzes, Nîmes, Les Cévennes et La Camargue mais aussi Avignon et Arles. En juillet et août et septembre la location est de minimum 6 jours. Le week-end de Pentecôte, les ponts et petites vacances louer 3 jours mini et le reste de l’année le min est de 2 nuits.

Accès à la piscine partagée avec ́les propriétaires de début Mai à fin Septembre.

Ground floor: spacious dining room with fully fitted large kitchen and access to terrace, equipped with BBQ. A cozy living room with a double fireplace, from which you have a view of the swimming pool. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and laundry room. Upper floor: two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two beds) and a bathroom.
