The beautiful cosy apartment located only 100 m or 2 min walk from the beach. The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom and a spacious open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and a kettle. Guests can use free private parking on site. The apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable vacation. Nearby there is several restaurants and a shop. Tha apartment is best suited for a couple, familiy with children or 3 adults.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.
