We had a great stay at Miro's. The apartment was exactly as described and everything you could need was there. The pool was also great and very clean. The location is perfect to explore Zadar and the surrounding area and Miro also gave us many excursion tips. Communication with Miro and his son Luka was great and straightforward.

Peaceful setting 30 minutes' walk to the historic center. What a pleasure to open the windows in the morning and see and hear the sea! Katica and her little family are very friendly, discreet and always there if needed. Recommended accommodation!

I enjoyed my week stay, the apartment has everything you need. It’s a bit far from the sea but in a very quiet neighborhood. Also, there are a lot of supermarkets near. Air conditioner is a big plus. I would recommend this place!

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

Domeniko and his father are really friendly, warm and caring people. When we arrived he took us to beaches and important locations with his own car. The apartment was clean and the best part was the garden where you can sit under a big tree and enjoy breakfast. We were sorry we had to leave.

Whole place was modern and very comfortable, two air conditioners, great TV with cable box and satellite tv, could watch English language programs. House with large walled fruitful garden and lovely outside pergola and seating made a calm space to relax. About 18 mins walk to centre of old town, with lots of restaurants also in the close neighbourhood. Very safe place to stay and walk to interesting places. Nice host and family.

Zorica is wonderful host. We were welcomed with homemade cake. The place is conveniently located close to airport. A good place to catch a flight or spend few days in Zadar. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units. Swimming pool is a good addition.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivan’s apartment. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the supermarket, and even the old town is within walking distance or a quick taxi ride away. The apartment was well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and felt very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy garden in the backyard. Ivan was a very friendly and welcoming host 😊

We had a great stay at Ivan’s apartment in Zadar. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having on-site car parking was also a big plus. Ivan was an excellent host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. He provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really enhanced our experience! A nice, very clean apartment with a great location. Filip and his family were very hospitable and helpful. The house has several apartments and the walls are sometimes a little thin. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment.

The place is tiny, however enough big for two people. Very clean, located in a peaceful area and perfect for a short stay. There were no issues with getting in touch with Sanja, she was very helpful. I totally recommend Sanja's place!

It was the best accommodation in Croatia that we have ever had. Very nice apartment, great, quiet location, everything needed was nearby. The hostess was a nice lady, we got fruit and she made us great pancakes with homemade jam. We recommend it to everyone and we would love to come back here

Very kind and welcoming hosts. For the arrival, prepared refreshments of local products and wine. Beautiful beaches near the house (they also come to the beach from nearby towns). Depending on what we like, there are beaches with more people and very private where we can often be alone 😉 About 4km to the town where you can do more shopping and walking. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely want to come back in the years to come.

The Star apartment was extremely harmoniously furnished and sparkling clean. Marina has a really good eye for colors that complement each other and at the same time set accents. The fully equipped kitchen was also positively noticeable. There are four hotplates with enough pots and pans to use them all at the same time if you want to prepare several things at the same time. An oven with two trays is also available. This was usually not available in other accommodations. Add to that the fantastic location: beautifully quiet as in a small village and only 30 minutes' walk to the old town of Zadar. Communication was outstanding, Marina responded extremely quickly and was very accommodating. There was nothing to complain about!

We had a lovely stay at Dino’s place! The apartment with the little private garden were beautifully decorated and super clean. You have everything you need inside and our hosts were always ready to help us with all kinds of things and questions , such as ferry rides, tours, car/ scooter rental. The place is close to many supermarkets and a big shopping mall, so we could always buy our groceries quickly before our daily activities. We highly recommend staying at Dino’s place and would love to come back again!

We were very happy to spend our holiday in the apartment of Sinisa. We found everything what we needed there. The flat is very nice and modern. Plus - the balcony for my morning yoga was perfect. And close distance from the SportArea Višnjik was something what we were looking for. Our priority was train there; and the 2km distance on foot to downtown only was second privilege for us (our soft part of our daily training). We used to go to the beach outside the city - by car. We have changed the beach destination every day. When we come to ZADAR in the future, we will contact Sinisa again.

Great place! The owner was so accommodating for our family. We came late evening and she brought the keys and met us there as we got there. Place is perfect for our family of five and space to spread out and very comfortable. We loved the washer and dryer. Everything is within walking distance. Would stay again!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It is just a few steps from the sea, close to a nice pebble beach. We enjoyed our stay and lacked nothing. The house is fully air-conditioned, the dining room has a large table for shared meals, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are amazing and helpful. They even made us lunch, grilling fish they caught themselves. That had never happened to us before! One surprise was that the washing machine is located on the property, not in the apartment, so the hosts did the laundry for us, which made us a bit uncomfortable. If you are traveling with more than two cars, be aware of the parking limitations. We think guests would also appreciate a small sunny garden, as the high humidity by the sea means laundry takes longer to dry in the shade. Otherwise, the place is perfect for families with children and pets, who also enjoyed it very much.
