Monthly Rentals in Powell Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described, and we had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and looked just like the photos. Was also very impressed with the booklet of easy instructions, as well as local recommendations not only for restaurants/surroundings, but also for beach access points. This was so helpful! Matthew was also very responsive and helpful! I would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location—just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. When we couldn’t find the beach towels, they quickly delivered new ones without hesitation, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion I’d make is to consider providing a few more basic household items like bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels—just the essentials that go a long way during a week-long stay. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!
