This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.

Hillview House

This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. This home has a large doggie door and small fenced in yard. Pets are welcome with no extra charges. If you need a longer stay, message me to see if the dates are available. This is my home and not a full time rental property so there are some personal items around.
