Cottage by the Creek was exactly as described. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My absolute favorite place to be was the swing listening to the creek and sharing my time with the multiple ducks, geese, cardinals and other birds. We got lucky enough to see a turkey and a hummingbird. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect! I’m so hoping to be able to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

We had a great stay! It was a peaceful location, but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the main towns. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it was great to keep them busy during some rain!

My family really enjoyed staying at this house. We absolutely loved the mountain views from the top 2 decks, and the bottom desk with the hot tub was private with trees surrounding which was nice. There were a ton of fireflies surrounding the house every night which was cool. The star gazing was also perfect from the top porch. We had a bear visit us while we were in the hot tub our first night. It didnt get too close to the porch. Just walked around and left. Such a cool thing to see it in its natural habitat. We stayed quiet and ready to go inside incase needed but it came and went quickly with no issues. The drive up was not too bad but I definitely recommend driving slow with all the curves around the mountains. The parking situation was a little tight so just be aware you may have to backup and go forward a few times if you are in a big truck. The pool we went to was only a 6 minute drive and was good sized. Downtown was only a 10 min. drive and a beautiful scenic drive. 5 Stars!

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Cabin was absolutely gorgeous! The view was even better ❤️ Location is close to everything but yet far enough out of the way it’s nice and peaceful. We were on motorcycles and the only downfall was the drive up. The last turn was sharp and steep….but you don’t get those views without being at the top of a mountain. We would definitely stay again but without the motorcycles ☺️

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! From our first beautiful sunset on the back porch to our last day listening to the rain from the swing on the front porch, this home checked all our boxes! We were here for a long weekend to take a break from our busy lives, visit with local friends and this house did not disappoint in places to sit, relax, watch TV and enjoy catching up all with the added bonus of a beautiful view of the water and amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house was clean and the owners supplied everything and then some for our stay, including a snack bin, last minute toiletries and all essentials. From booking to check in to extending our stay last minute for one more day and then unfortunately having to check-out and go back to reality, everything was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us, these hosts did a wonderful job creating a beautiful getaway and we hope to have the opportunity to come back soon!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

We really enjoyed our stay—the house was spotless and clearly very well cared for, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Mary was an excellent host: incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question or needed anything. Her attentiveness and the overall quality of the home made for a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Nice basement 1 bedroom with all the amenities you would need. Host was great and responsive to any questions or concerns. Centrally located and easy to navigate.

Stayed for 6 weeks and my sister and I really enjoyed it. Everything was as described and the neighborhood was great. Quiet and peaceful. A great place to stay.

David’s house was located not so far from the shopping areas, but very quiet and clean. We enjoyed to stay his house and enough room for 6 people to stay.

Our recent stay at this home was exceptional. James was very helpful and communicated well the day of our arrival which made our travel less stressful. Everything was even better than we anticipated. James went above and beyond providing snacks, tea, coffees both pods and cold lattes in the refrigerator, and all kinds of flavored creamers. The beds in his home were exceptionally comfy and the cleanliness made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality. If we find ourselves staying near Knoxville again we will return for certain.

Great overall stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Comfortable house with great amenities that allowed everyone to have their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Host was always accessible and quick to respond to any questions etc. would definitely book this place again!

Pristine newly built 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a quiet street. Perfect for us and our dog while attending a wedding nearby and exploring many of Knoxville’s attractions. All needed amenities, squeaky clean, and responsive host made this a 5 star stay.

We come to Clinton a lot for business, and needed a place to stay in town. So happy to find this location! The place was absolutely pristine, Jerilyn was lovely in her communication, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Slept like a dream! Hope to visit again someday. Thank you!

Home away from home! The house was clean and everything you could need in the kitchen. It was like a relaxing step back in time. The view and the lake was amazing. The drive way is steep but very doable as it is a pull through. Hank and Joanna were awesome host. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Lake house.

We throughly enjoyed spending our 30th Anniversary here! It was so private and had amazing views. Daniel went above and beyond. He truly makes sure your stay is comfortable and homey! Waking into water and snacks was awesome. Loved the hot tub and porch swing and enjoying the Mountain View’s ! We will definitely come and plan to use Daniel’s cabins again!

We were in town for a rowing regatta and needed to be close to locations of race. It was perfect. Very clean!! Very well equipped. LOVED the shower!! Having the washer there was super convenient as my daughter had to wash her racing outfit on Friday night. We didn’t get a chance to use it but she she has a coffee machine with coffee, sugar & creamers. Shower had everything you needed. Towels and linens were plentiful and super soft. We had a very nice stay there.
