Laburnum Cottage is a modernised annexe - see photos. Situated just outside Kington (at the bottom of a steep lane below Kington Golf Course) in the heart of walking country. We are close to Welsh border towns too. For walking - historic Offa’s Dyke is a few fields away. Penrhos Gin and British Cassis tours are near. Weobley and Brilley (where the film Hamnet was filmed) and Hay-on-Wye (book festival) are all a 20-minute drive away. Train stations are: Leominster or Hereford. Walkers welcome.

The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Relax and unwind in this tranquil setting.
