Salvaged & repurposed building supplies used to create a unique studio apartment above the bakery retail. Guests can enjoy the retail farmhouse table and comfortable seating space by the Main Street picture window. Cooking/baking classes available.

Fox River Barn is located in a picturesque setting with stunning views of the Fox River in Princeton, WI. This 1940s barn has been lovingly converted into a comfortable living space with modern features and amenities, making it the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the city. Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

Homey lower level apartment with private entrance

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Leonard Point Birdhouse

Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom! The Birdhouse is 10 minutes away from highway 41 and multiple stores for easy access to everything you need. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

The Peterson Mill Schoolhouse is a rural and historic one classroom school converted into a guest house. Located next to a trout stream and operating dairy farm, you can sit on the open-air porch, relax by the creek, or take a walk on the country roads. The Schoolhouse is open year-around, welcoming all who enjoy fishing, biking, hunting, and other outdoor activities. The perfect home for a laid back group of friends, couples or a family to stay with all the comforts of being at home.
