Dionisio 6 is an elegant, cozy and warm ground floor apartment, located in the Jewish neighbourhood of "La Giudecca" in the heart of ORTIGIA, just 50 mt from the sea. Our loft has been completely renovated in 2021 through a careful conservative restoration using the highest quality materials in order to respect the characteristics of the ancient building in which it is located. Functionality and design have been mixed with the antiquity of the architectural structure.

Bimmisca Cottage - cypress

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor near the Porta Marina. The location is optimal for those wishing to visit the beauties of this land, including Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede and take long walks enjoying the exceptional view of the sea of the Marina. Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. A fantastic location close to the golden sandy beach and dunes of enchanting beauty , the sea a few dozen meters away creates the soundtrack of a pleasant holiday in the sign of complete relaxation. 10 kilometres away is Scicli, a beautiful late Baroque town with UNESCO heritage, a cinematic set of many films including Il commissa Montalbano.
