The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Awesome place in the heart of Ortigia. Great location to walk the town and explore, close enough to the Siracusa train station as well. Salvatore was so kind and gave us a bunch of recommendations at check in. Loved our time there.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

Great value apartment in a central location. Allowed us to check in early and Domenica was so so helpful trying to help us locate our son's last suitcase. The roof terrace was a lovely bonus too.

Great location! Easy walk to Ortigia, which is absolutely gorgeous area all around! Airbnb apartment is beautiful and spacious. Regardless of its central location, we have not had much of any street noise and the nights were quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

A truly 5 star airbnb! Location is perfect, a beautiful view of the marina and right next to the beach and sea. The balcony is great for eating and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, shower really good, and the place was very clean. The AC was very good and very needed in the heat. Wifi was good, we didn’t use the TV so cannot comment. The host was very friendly and met us at check in to explain everything. Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in!

We had a great stay in Marina di Ragusa. Kitchen was equipped with the most necessary things, that was fine. The terrace was incredibly great with a fantastic view! Unfortunately, it was a very loud evening, as young people had a party in front of the apartment all night, but Alessandro and the apartment can do nothing about it and maybe that was just an exception, the rest of the nights it was very quiet, but think it is good to know that it can get louder during the school holidays. The beach was also very crowded on Sunday. Then we drove to a neighboring town to the beach, which was also fantastically beautiful.

We would like to thank Paolo for making us have a perfect stay. Paolo is a very kind host, the cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable. Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

Beautiful apartment in a great location

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

We spent the last days of our vacation at this place and could not be more satisfied. The house perfectly reflected the description of the listing: clean, well cared for, cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with the sea within walking distance and the choice between some equipped beaches or a large free beach. The center is also easily accessible, with many stalls, typical restaurants and play areas for children. Thank you for everything!

This host were so hospitable and lovely helped us find parking and drove us to the garage to make sure we did it correctly. The apartment is so sweet and right in front of the sea for the sunset and close to everything within walking we highly recommend it for a stay!

We had the most amazing stay at 'Flying Whales'. It was super easy to find and Leandro's mum, Rosy gave us great instructions for our arrival. She also left us some wine and goodies which was super thoughtful🥰 and even checked in with us by text during the holiday to check all was good. We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish and the icing on the cake is the amazing roof terrace with spectacular views. It's an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of beautiful Ortigia and we were sad to leave, but hoping to come and stay at your lovely apartment again.
