Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Our petit maison in the enchanting medieval village of Belves offers the comfort you expect. With the Nauze River Valley view from the bedroom, it is ideal for a couple travelling together for a romantic escape. The stylish loft has a 2-seater sofa-bed plus Netflix and Orange TV, and the combined kitchen / dining offers modern appliances. Relax with an aperitif in the rear courtyard. The beautiful Dordogne valley is a treasure trove of amazing sights, historic castles and caves. You’ll love it.

Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Le logement dispose d’une très grande terrasse pour déjeuner en extérieur et se détendre dans le jacuzzi. Vous apprécierez également la grande pièce de vie très lumineuse et traversante et les 3 chambres avec salle de douche chacune.

The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Built in local stone and set in 2 acres of leafy grounds, it is located just a stone's throw from the charming village of Saint Germain du Bel Air. Guests have exclusive use of the terrace, BBQ area and swimming pool. Four comfortable, light and airy rooms, each with private bathrooms, are stylishly decorated.
