The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is separate from the main house. It has its own entrance with a cozy balcony overlooking the mountains. The 2 1/2 room apartment is distributed on two floors (approx. 70 m²) with a bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower (washing machine available) and a sofa bed in the living area with soapstone stove (additional central heating also available). Massage available on site.

The apartment is located on the edge of the village of Pragg Jenaz and is ideal as a starting point for many summer and winter activities. Within 15 - 30 minutes you can reach the well-known ski resorts such as Grüsch Danusa, Fideriser Heuberge or the Davos Klosters cable cars by car. Due to the elevated position of the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Prättigau. The apartment is also suitable for children.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
