We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The suite faces Armação beach, and you sleep with a view of the sea. When you leave the gate, you are already on the beach. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV, stove and refrigerator!

Prezados, quando alugo para duas pessoas e não for um casal, por favor avisar. No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).
