We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Flat ideal p/ 4 hóspedes, flat arejado e claro, com uma varanda pequena sem cobertura. Quando alugo para duas pessoas e não for um casal, por favor avisar. No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).Para acrescentar hóspede terá um valor de 100 reais por diária.

The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
