We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Em 1 minuto caminhando já estamos com pé na areia! Temos barraca e cadeiras de praia. A casa possui 1 suíte, 1 quarto triplo, sala com cozinha americana, varanda e um espaçoso jardim atrás da casa. Nossa velha casinha de pescador se renovou e é um sonho realizado ter ela tão gostosa para receber nossos hóspedes. Preparamos sempre o melhor!

Flat bem localizado dentro do condomínio. Flat ideal p/ 4 hóspedes, flat arejado e claro, com uma varanda pequena sem cobertura para pegar sol. Prezados, quando alugo para duas pessoas e não for um casal, por favor avisar. No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).

Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
