My family and I spent wonderful times on the spot. Great outdoor space, including all necessary infrastructure. The house is extremely clean, with fragrant bed linen and towels! Quiet and easily accessible location. The host was always willing and agile, answering all the questions sent. She was welcoming and flexible. 10 out of 10!

The house is simply excellent! All very clean, organized and with an impeccable structure, which perfectly served our stay. Everything posted on the page was as is, more than what you see in them. A quiet place,sure, close to the pedestrian center. Ocean view and private beach access. The equipment of the spectacular kitchen. Just a suggestion, clarify that water and light drums must be paid when handing over the keys, not included in the price of the accommodation.

We had a great stay. Both the house and the environment are very beautiful. It was easy to walk to the beach where free to use sun chairs were waiting for us.

Our stay was impeccable, from the host to the accommodation. Mario recommended tours, restaurants, local shops, always friendly and answering all questions. The house is in a quiet condominium, but with many leisure and game options, which helped us a lot in rainy moments. The apartment is well located, close to the center, you can do everything on foot, which makes the stay much easier. It is compact, so it is worth evaluating whether it serves more than two people. It's practically in front of the beach! The kitchen structure is simple but functional: it has a minibar, microwave, cooktop, dishcloth, salt, dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is no balcony, so the clothes take longer to dry, but there were two extra towels available, which helped a lot. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. I found the sheets clean, although with some stains. The parking space is rotating, so in high season there may be some difficulty in parking. About the noise: it is important to know that there is a lot of movement early in the morning, mainly due to the people who work on the beach and the loading and unloading of food in the nearby restaurants. In addition, we noticed some construction work in the region. For those who have light sleep, it can be a point of attention. Overall, we really liked it🙏!

Excellent apartment, right on the beach. Complete condominium with swimming pool, secure parking, doorman always available, especially Nice, who received us with great politeness and sympathy. Various household appliances and electronics as well, we don't miss anything. Rinaldo, always very polite and helpful, gave us tips on restaurants and a tour guide. We took the tour with the agency he recommended and it was totally worth it. We love everything, it was definitely a very good experience. 10/10

The apartment is beautiful. The great location, 3 blocks from downtown beaches but very clean and quiet. The complex in general is very nice and clean. Rita and all the staff were very friendly and willing. The apartment has everything you need to cook and several appliances including a water filter, which came super so as not to spend on it. I would come back without hesitation.

Flat is beautiful and cozy in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Northeast. Exactly as in the pictures, well decorated and equipped, the very kind host, always responding when requested. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very good in a gated community. Everything in the apartment was new and worked well. For two days we had to work in the apartment and the wi-fi is good. It doesn't have that much speed, but it wasn't a problem for two people. There is also Wi-Fi in the restaurant just across the street, if needed. The condominium is very good with a great swimming pool, restaurant, 24-hour grocery store. The beach in front is good for swimming and the condominium has chairs and umbrellas there.

We spent 10 nights in Tamandaré at Tatyana's apartment. The place is identical to the photos. The beach view is beautiful. The apartment had everything you need: equipped kitchen, electric sink, air conditioning, comfortable mattress, balcony with table and chairs, items for the beach, bath towels and pool, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, good Internet connection. A 10. Communication with Tatyana was always quick, even before check-in. He always answered all our doubts quickly. The condominium is very nice, has direct exit to the sea, it has a pool and during the morning there is staff available to place the umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach (if you come down at noon, you must place it yourself), exclusive parking at the entrance according to first come first serve. Tamandaré is a small town, the people are very friendly and in the process of growth. Very convenient between popular beaches such as Porto de Galinhas and Maragoggi. We would definitely come back 😊

Great option, the beach in front has a high tide and it is not advisable to enter, but in 1km there is a quieter one and you can go on foot, and it is not crowded, very quiet. The apartment is great, it has everything you need and it's close to the market.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely amazing - excellent beach with wonderful outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and well equipped. Djanira was friendly, always communicative, and helped with flexible check-in and check-out times, which made everything even easier. This is definitely a place I would recommend to those who want to stay at Carneiros Beach!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Maragogi! The apartment is simply excellent,comfortable, well equipped and with a decoration that conveys warmth and good taste. The leisure area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying every moment, with very well-care spaces that make the experience even more special. A separate highlight goes to the hospitality of the hosts, Marília and Suzi. From the first contact, they were attentive, helpful and extremely welcoming, making us feel at home. Sure, it's a place I recommend with my eyes closed and to which I intend to return soon!

The space is perfect, I went with family, we were 3 couples + my 4-month-old baby, who slept in a crib and used a stroller available in the apartment. The space is perfect for a family outing. Excellent apartment located within a condominium with several swimming pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also rich restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D
