We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The penthouse is spacious, clean, well-equipped, with an excellent location. We had a great experience with the accommodation, the host is super attentive and the penthouse is perfect!

I felt at home!!! Clean and quiet environment. Next to the beach and nocturnal bars. Quick return of the staff with questions.

the apartment is great, very comfortable, super equipped and much better than in the pictures! the location is good!! the vacant garage will have some difficulty if you have a large car and another vehicle next door. ahahha Communication with Mariane is perfect, left us at will and always available to solve any kind of problem. i will return more often hahaha! success in the enterprises 1abra : )

The accommodation was even better than the advertised, extremely clean and organized, a quiet and beautiful environment that made everyone very happy. We will definitely return at a next chance.

The place is right on the beach! The landscape from both downstairs and the bedroom on the second floor is unbelievable! I highly recommend it!

It exceeded expectations!! High-end house, new, well-maintained and designed to benefit guests with comfort and a stunning view. It has 4 refrigerated suites, with queen beds and closets. It also has a small office, with good facilities and a particularly well-equipped and modern kitchen. The living space is spectacular, with a large TV and dining room, infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna, barbecue and even some treats, such as a beer maker, wine cellar and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything working perfectly! The location is excellent, in a safe condominium, on the right side of Geribá with direct beach access (foot in the sand). Andressa, the house assistant, is very special! Cool, discreet, helpful and available, as well as being a great cook. She certainly made all the difference in our stay! Juliana is a very attentive and present host, always taking care of everything to make the stay special. We'll be back for sure!

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

The house is perfect, a beautiful and quiet place. Gustavo promptly answered my questions and left the house impeccable for our arrival. We spent incredible days in front of the sea and I hope to return soon.

We loved the stay. The super comfortable and modern home, we felt at home, held 13 very comfortable people, nor did we want to leave rsrsrsr. All excellent. The lake view, impeccable. Yan's accommodation is exactly as advertised, everything very well decorated, with several appliances for our comfort and convenience. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Marcelo helped us a lot on arrival, and Yan even gave suggestions for tours. I recommend it 100%! The location is excellent!!!

Great place with a lot of space for family. Everything is very well organized and beautiful. One of the best places to stay in Arraial do Cabo. I'll come back other times.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.
