Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Abrãao

Flávia’s apartment was the perfect little home for our stay on Ilha Grande. Everything you need is pretty much on your doorstep and Flávia lives right by and is super helpful and responsive. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is nice and peaceful with friendly neighbours. If you’re into hiking, the apartment is perfectly situated for the Pico do Papagaio trail. Would definitely recommend staying at Flávia’s for your Ilha Grande stay.

My stay was one of the best times i had at Ilha Grande. The beach from Aracatiba is so beautiful and not crowded at all. Andreia and her husband Erlon are so kind people, they really care about you and that you feel welcome. You can ask them everything and they help you. It is such a nice and cozy spot. So memories were created that will last. The only downside was that i couldn't stay longer. I am going back next year!

Very good accommodation. I loved the double bed, especially the mattress. The place is a paradise. A lot of marine life for those who like diving. For those who enjoy hiking, it is excellent, for those who do not, there are boat trips.

Michelle's apartment has a central location, close to the port, restaurants and markets for shopping. Carine, Michelle's assistant, was very nice with these recommendations and in her welcome. Personally, I found the bed and pillows a little less comfortable. There is a primary school in front of the apartment, so you can hear the noise of the students, but I assume that it is less disturbing since on an island, you spend more time outside (hiking and beaches) than inside. In the evening the apartment is in a quiet area.

Me and my girlfriend love it. The accommodation had all the necessary kitchen items and the location is great. We enjoyed it a lot... the host Diego was always helpful and attentive to the messages. I recommend it to everyone.

everything fantastic. the big house, nice, comfortable, without luxuries but with everything you need to spend the holidays. 2 bathrooms and 1 with shower cold water but the water is nice to bathe. the only bad thing is that the second bathroom borders the part and not having a waxed door comes all the smell of the bathroom. that was really unpleasant, but it is the only thing else perfect. the reception, the quick to respond messages and the help provided. I had to go to the island samu and mara and jaqueline always ready to help. would come back without hesitation.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and charming local restaurants. During our stay, the main pier was under construction, but thankfully there was another nearby pier we could use for getting on and off the boat. The view from the property is truly magical, and the sunsets were nothing short of breathtaking! One small suggestion would be to simplify the space a bit. There are quite a few extra items in the kitchen and bedrooms that aren’t really necessary. With a little decluttering and a light refresh, this place would be even more wonderful. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the setting.

Everything was great. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Great location, close to everything but very quiet. The double bed is very comfortable. The place and the host are highly recommended. Always very predisposed when we need something. Please book without any hesitation.

We would like to thank Helena and Nego for the excellent reception, the suite was impeccable, incredible view of the sea and very friendly and helpful hosts. The view is excellent, you can bathe while watching the sea. But the climb to the chalet is steep, and it also gets a little chilly at night. We love it, we feel at home and we will definitely be back ❤️

Our experience was wonderful. The house is exactly as in the pictures: new, extremely good taste decoration, clean, organized and super cozy. The view is truly breathtaking. All rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with a great bathroom. The super wide and complete common area, with barbecue, heated pool and sauna, in addition to the private beach of the condominium that is beautiful and peaceful. The host, Andre, was super attentive and always available. A complimentary snack was offered at our front desk, which was delicious. And the employees, Leidi and Jaja, were also super attentive and raised the level of the experience. I recommend it and I can't wait to come back.

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy, and well-lit. The description in the ad, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality. Contact with the host was also very smooth and easy at all times when it was necessary. The location is also excellent!
