Built in 2000 and renovated in 2024, the property is very well located. It is located immediately after the Catholic Church of São Sebastião and the Milk Shake Mix. Easy and quick access. You don't have to go uphill. It is only 5 minutes between the pier (barque and tourism) to the residence. It has pretty much everything around for its convenience: tursimo agency, restaurants, bakery, markets, ice cream shop, health center and, obviously, beaches. With good walks, you'll reach the waterfalls and more distant beaches.
