Cozy and quiet two-story house in the middle of the green, deck and pool. Furnished and with basic kitchen utensils. Two parking spaces. High standard condominium with fast access beach and complete nautical infrastructure. The Space - A simple, practical, comfortable and pleasant house amidst the green that provides moments of peace and leisure with quick access to the beaches of the condominium and possibility to enjoy Angra on motorboat rides, since the Condominium is the closest to Ilha Grande. Access to the Host- the Condominium has three beaches is a football court that are available to guests. Guest Interaction - the caretaker will be available for weekly outside cleaning and support in case of problems. A cleaner will be available for cleaning at the end of the period and the cost is included in the daily rate. Is day laborer is available for hiring throughout the period on request. The Host will always be available for any issues with the home. The neighborhood - in the Condominium the houses have 15 km of paved roads, water and electricity networks, garbage collection, street cleaning and water distributions with their own springs and far from any type of pollution, two markets, bakery, butcher shop, fish shop, marina is an international standard security system, with 25h monitoring by cameras. Coming and going - the Condominium has free public transportation, which can take you to one of the beaches.
