Great house, beautiful location

Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

Very comfortable, all rooms with air-conditioning! Parking for 2 cars, towels and clean linens. 10min walk to the beach, condominium with some hills, few parking spots near the beach! We were able to use the Porto Real Suites and the Porto Real Resort. The apartment has a beautiful view and bright and airy rooms. We'll be back again and again! We loved it! Everything was perfect.

Sergio is an amazing captain, host, guide, cook and so much more! We spent the last 5 days with him and 3 children on his sailboat traveling to so many beautiful locations and beaches in the Angra region. Including Ilha Grande, and so many more. We loved it all. It was the best way possible to get around and have the most amazing experience. Sergio allows for you to have a unique stay, where you feel like you have the whole boat to yourselves. It was really special. If you are considering it, all I can say is do it!!! Thank you, Sergio☺️

Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

Laura's place is exactly as pictured. There are three rooms each with 4 beds and a private bathroom. The rooms are connected by the outdoor porch from which you can also access the large kitchen and living room. Beautiful outdoor spaces where you can eat and cook on the grill. The garden of the house ends exactly on the sand a few meters from the sea. Next to the house is a restaurant/bar with a wide selection of food. Laura helped us with boat and car transportation to the house from Rio de Janeiro. She also provided us with a lady to do the cleaning and cooking. Recommended accommodation for the location, the house and the host (super helpful and very kind, as well as his family). Only negative note: on the beach, like every beach in Ilha Grande, dock many small boats/yachts during the day so the sea is unusable during the busiest hours. In the evening, you're among the few to live on the beach. Super positive experience!

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The gourmet area is very good and well-equipped. Pedro was very attentive and answered promptly any of our questions.

Luana, a great Host, recommended so many things to do, including an unforgettable schooner tour. Super-equipped kitchen, with everything you need (just bring food). The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

I spent two nights with my Kids in Aventureiro while hiking around the Island, it was Perfect, quiet, very close to the Beach and Beach Restaurants, the view is amazing, everything clean, Sabrina and her doughter welcomed us very friendly, Sabrina was also very helpful with organizing further boat Trips and Food. It is good to know for planning, that if you don’t want to eat outside you should bring some food for breakfast/cooking, there’s no food marked at the Beach, but the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, modern big Gas oven and fridge. Electricity is Turned off during the nights at the whole Beach, that also gives a cozy Natural feeling. We would recommend it always and definietly come back !!

An absolute paradise! We had such a lovely stay here. Communication was great, bathroom and little kitchen area was clean. The main thing was the location, walking straight out on to the beach every day and most of the day to was all yours! I just really wish we had more time to stay longer! Thank you

The location is perfect - right on the main street, as soon as you leave the pier. It overlooks the sea and the sound of the waves accompanies the experience all the time. The bed is comfortable, with great quality bed and bath linens. The bathroom is good and functional, and the air conditioning has good power. It has a washing machine, which helps a lot for those who stay for a few days. I had to work during my stay and the internet was impeccable. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing you to prepare meals without difficulty. In addition, the apartment is extremely clean and has a pleasant aroma, making the experience even more welcoming. In short, it was a wonderful stay! I recommend it for those looking for a simple but cozy and well-located place.
