Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Futuro

My stay at the resort was amazing! Check-in was super fast and done by an attentive and helpful team. The facilities are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. The room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The leisure areas, such as the pool and the spa and gym, are clean and ideal for relaxing, although the gym is a bit rusty. The location is privileged, with easy access to tourist attractions and natural landscapes. It was a memorable experience, and I recommend it for those looking for comfort, quality and great service.

Very good, spacious and new apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen (cutlery, quality crockery, microwave, Airfryer, refrigerator, purifier, sandwich maker and even electric barbecue), comfortable bedroom and large bathroom. balcony with great sea view and far from the pool movement. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom to provide thermal comfort on hot days. TV in the living room and bedroom with many channels. Wi-fi works very well I recommend the home The resort is complete, very friendly staff and a very positive point was the possibility of entering the Beach park before the general public. We went on a Monday and the park was quiet.

My experience in Silvana's apartment was great. The view from the apartment was one of the highlights. The listing description and photos are true to reality and the building has a very good structure, with a very practical and easy check-in. Silvana was very attentive, responding quickly and solving any need. I highly recommend it!

A cozy place and a very complete building!!

The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

i quite liked the space corresponded to the description, we only had a bit of difficulty to put the truck that were bigger we could ,there and well located close to everything the agent did not need to take the car out of the garage because everything was close ,we should walk to the beach,market and bakeries nearby, tbm had pharmacy, boutiquim where we could buy water and charcoal. I heard that there was a lack of a proper place to do laundry,and a barbecue,apart from that was all wonderful,we loved the place the wonderful city, uncertainty would come back without shadows of doubt ....

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos. Very comfortable. The condominium is beautiful too. Anna always responded quickly, I even had a little problem late at night and she responded promptly. In short, my family and I like it a lot. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. The apartment is close to the main landmarks such as the feirinha. Local in front of the waterfront, which allows outdoor sporting practices. Great restaurants nearby.

Great stay!! Only the air conditioning kept turning off and is a little weak, but the host promptly resolved it. It is close to a very good tent on the beach of the future that my wife and I walked to. The only point would be the lighting of the condominium, at night to go to the 24-hour market, it is very dark. But in the end, good hosts and cozy accommodation.

Another thing that I loved, that inside the condominium also has a little market where you can buy everything you need right there, without having to move to make your purchases, which makes it much easier.
