Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy but just close the door that seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well into the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Makes you feel at home, cooks with love of everything a little. He is always smiling on his face. A true gift of the stay. Thank you so much, Nice, for taking care of myself and my family. Bedroom and bathroom are exactly like the pictures. Cleaning of the place is impeccable. Hosting and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, you feel right at home. Good bed, excellent and clean air conditioning. Internet (Wi-Fi) works perfectly. The TV, with a little patience (laughs), works well too. I am a client, I prefer the larger room (mainly because of its parking that is more practical), but I recommend lodging with Dona Rozângila without any reservations in both rooms. She is very attentive to absolutely everything and always flexible with my checkouts. I will definitely return.

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind in recommending us things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, a maximum of 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I already made another reservation for the end of the month. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good, quiet and safe place to stay during your trip to Fortaleza.
