Second time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was wonderful, we had days of rest, comfort and peace. Marcelo was a great host, answered everything very quickly, clear and always helpful. The apartment is complete, well-equipped kitchen, towels, pans, cutlery, utensils in general for cooking (attention: the kitchen only has seasoning salt). Air fryer, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker... the laundry with a washing machine was a help in both (bring the soap and house softener). The very comfortable rooms have no linen and bath towels as described and Marcelo reinforced this by phone. It has 3 beach chairs and umbrellas available. The hammock on the balcony was a delight. it has air-conditioning but we do not use it because it was cooling at night. The place is close to great restaurants (Caicara's and the Sea and land), markets, close to the beach of Cocanha which is the ultimate for children... easy access from the highway. We'd love to come back again!

Great stay, matches the advertisement, clean and organized apartment, very clear building instructions, very cold pool and no heater, but very clean and large. Friendly doormen, both shifts. Rafael is very kind, responds quickly, my family and I love it, we will definitely be back!!!!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful house, surprised us, everything well organized and clean. Everything new, kitchen and the barbecue are wonderful tbm, not to mention Talissa who was thoughtful from the beginning. I recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Perfect and highly recommended. Close to the beach, with a view of the sea. We went to two beaches on foot, one we took a 15-minute trail, in which I recommend going prepared with tennis and taking some snacks, because the terrain is very irregular and there are no vendors and kiosks, but the beach is absolutely perfect. Our accommodation was equally perfect, we took advantage of everything the place offers, barbecue, wood stove and even sleeping to the sound of the sea and waking up with the same view. The place was clean, the host was always willing and has the basic kitchen utensils. Everything was perfect for us.

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I was staying last week at Márcia's place, and our stay was excellent. The space is much better than in the photos, the room is very wide and unites all ambiantes, kitchen, dining room and game space. The rooms are great and upstairs. The backyard has an excellent and heated pool, we use every day until dawn kkkkk. The condominium is quiet, without a mess, and with security at the entrance. Márcia is very kind and asks, answered all my questions and even helped me with some of my requests. Anyway everything was wonderful. Thank you very much,

I loved the house. Easy location, there is a market 650 meters from the house, there are 2 bars very close to the house, close to the beach, in Brave I will return.

The condominium is excellent, well organized and safe. The apartment is very nice, with all the necessary furniture and utensils. The host was very polite and communicative.

The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha, we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
