Our second time staying at Arthur and Márcia's place, the first was already great, this time even better! Great location, well-structured and clean house, a cozy corner, well decorated, with books and, for those who like TV entertainment. Comfortable bed and bed set. Arthur and Márcia have always been very attentive and helpful, we will definitely be back! Great opportunity to rest and enjoy the natural and cultural beauties of Paraty.

Sergio was extremely helpful, we felt just like home in his house and he gave us a lot of suggestions and was always responsive. 10/10 for his communication, i would definitely recommend and go back when I visit Paraty again

The stay was as pleasant as possible in all aspects. The place is tightly organized as all the items you need to ensure a smooth stay. The location is great! just a few minutes from the historic center, which made it very easy to move around the neighborhood! markets, restaurants, all kinds of shops just minutes from the house. Paulo was extremely kind and facilitated our check in by letting us enter before the scheduled time. Anyway I recommend to everyone this warm and very pleasant place that I will surely return on the next trip !

Very spacious house, comfortable beds and excellent location considering the cost of the accommodation. The only issue that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, but this in no way hindered the experience. Iria was very helpful. We would certainly come back.

Márcia is very kind, she welcomed me very well. The city is very cool and the fans are more than enough, very close to the center and the bus station, it has everything nearby. Only the shower that only heated up if it opened a little, could improve and be perfect.

Accommodation is the same as in the photos, very comfortable, everything is clean. I loved the stay and we'll be back for sure!

Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

Had a great time in Paraty at Enrique’s apartment. Loved the location, walkable to a calm beautiful beach. Enrique was there to check us in and answer questions and was very flexible on checkout. It’s in a secure little complex with a gate for security. Everything worked well, hot water, internet, etc. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place, with stunning views and gorgeous sunsets. William is an excellent host, incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. They also provided great local recommendations for food and activities The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Paraty is a beautiful town, definitely is a must.

Imagine a tranquil, beautiful, calm and perfect place to rest and, even better, it is very close to the historic center, beaches, walks, shops, supermarkets and various businesses...: the Condominium is all that!!! We spent special days, to the sound of birds, visits from monkeys and overlooking a lake, pool and garden, which provided us with incredible and special moments, full of peace and tranquility!!! Alain is very helpful and flexible, the house is equipped and organized with all the utensils we need for a good stay.
