I had an amazing week in Ubatuba with my parents and husband, and the accommodation of Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Inês was one of the best choices. I lack words to describe how impeccable the apartment was, in person it was much more beautiful, and the most amazing thing is that it comes with a combo of kindness, concern, care on the part of the hosts, who from beginning to end gave us all the necessary attention. Only joy, we will return with certainty if there is a new opportunity.

Great apartment. Everything is very clean and organized. Great comfort with a breathtaking view. Very good beds, great showers, easy access, close to bars, restaurants, close to everything. My family and I love it, we even want to buy the apartment. I highly recommend it, it is well worth it. Marie was super helpful and always responded super fast. The janitor Anderson is a lovely person. Guys, you can rent it and take the family because it's really worth it.

Impeccable apartment, completely cozy, we felt at home . Nearby has supermarket/ pharmacy / shops /gas station, very nice place. We were able to get in earlier in the ap which helped us a lot ! I recommend it with my eyes closed .

Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

The stay was great, starting with all the support from Lúcia, who was super attentive from the beginning of the contact. Great house, everything is clean and the view from the house to the beach is spectacular, location close to the market, bakery, restaurants. Everything was very good. I thank Lúcia for the support and flexibility in check-in and check-out as well. We'll definitely be back.

We spent a lovely week in Claudia’s house; easy living very close to one of the best beaches in Ubatuba. The house is spacious and the garden is frequently visited by beautiful birds. Claudia is a very friendly and efficient host.

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's garden is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! I will definitely return with my family, they were wonderful days!

The condominium is excellent, well organized and safe. The apartment is very nice, with all the necessary furniture and utensils. The host was very polite and communicative.

Great. Everything we needed found in the apartment The only thing I would ask for, would be a protection screen on behalf of the children. In the living room and in the bedroom. But I felt. At home. Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, and it was very easy to keep it clean. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We had an incredible time! The location is great, the condominium is very good, the staff are too. The house is very well equipped with everything of high quality. Plates, cutlery, platters, glasses, bowls, appliances… many beach chairs, ball, board… I would go back and recommend it.
